I dont like doing that anymore cause then if someone searches for say your AIM handle they find a paper trail of your profiles on every site you register. Had someone from EverQuest original in 99 who always harrassed me manage to find me to annoy the living piss out of me again. Since then I leave a lot of info out of my profiles. If the person wants my contact info they can ask.
