The guys who do CTMod released the newest iteration of CT_RaidAssist two days ago. I have been using it, 3 raids so far with it. I give it my stamp of approval.
The biggest improvement I have seen with this iteration is that it takes advantage of a new set of API functions to determine the health and mana/energy/rage of everyone in the raid instead of using the CTRA channel. The channel is still necessary for other information passing, but it seems to me that the bulk of the information has been taken out of the channel and done directly now. The result is a lot less lag and a lot more reliability.
You do not have to have CTMod to use this mod. All you need is the CT_RaidAssist mod. You can download it off their download page:
