Wow, how much time did he have to put in to get that much reputation with Orgrimmar... must've killed the king several times.

I read somewhere how easy it is for Alliance to kill the head Cow in Thunderbluff on the PvE servers.

Getting that mount has nothing to do with the Orgrimmar faction. It depends on your Frostwolf Clan faction, and to up that faction you have to do quests in Alterac Valley. That wolf is one of the PvP rewards sold by the Frostwolf Clan, and requires Exhalted reputation with them.

Edit: The mount in the screenshot is summoned by the "Horn of the Frostwolf Howler". It seems Blizzard made an amusing typo in their description of it: "Summons and dismisses a rideable Horn of the Frostwolf." I don't know how fast a horn can gallop, but I'm pretty sure they meant "Frostwolf Howler."
