Yep, we got it......I purchased it off the AH Saturday afternoon. Vandal has it. It takes 4 large brilliant shards and 2 righteous orbs. Bring the mats....he'll do it for an "atta boy" and a "thank you".

Permanently enchant a melee weapon so that often when attacking in melee it heals for 75 to 125 and increases Strength by 100 for 15 sec.
