Being a resident of Florida and subject to the whims of nature. I am not one to typically make light of any situation regarding damage done by hurricane's. The panhandle has been hit far to many times in the last 10 years to do that. However, this image cracked me up given the complete disregard for other people's property and the extremely poor manner in which these people are conducting themselves.
